Used instead of prezent or prize. I'ts also used for a sarcastic response to a fact that the person saying it does no care about. (see example)
Person 1: I fixed the problem
Person 2: Thanks! Heres a cookie + !
Sarcastic:
Person 1: I've never been misunderstood.
Person 2: What do you want, a cookie?!
Person 2: Thanks! Heres a cookie + !
Sarcastic:
