snoopid 

retarded snoopy, or when someone tries to say snoopy but feels stupid saying it. Usually there's some awkward hand motions going with it. The term also has to be yelled out at the most random times and awkward situations.

person 1: "hey what time is it?"

person 2: "Um... its almost...SNOOPID!
