A female that isn't promiscuous enough to be called a whore, but is rather a chick that you mess around with.

Girl- "This party is awesome, I'm so DRUNK. lets go find a room to make out in. hehe"

Guy- "yeah lets go do that."

This girl is most definitely a SCALLYWAG, or scally for short.
