waterford-a low class trailor park filled with minorities and white trash. drowned with drugs, murder and prostitution. the most drugs are delt and done at the park and most of the sex is at the "pit" where they do alot of drugs.
waterford is not a place to stroll through and is highly reccomended not to go in if you dont belong
