Epic Fail 

1. noun: a person who has a tendancy to fail miserably at everything they do.

2. verb: the act of failure so incredible that it becomes an embarasment to the person who commits the failure.

3. noun: any non-specific act which severly negates sucess. (see also, Fail)

he was trying to jump over the railing, but he epic failed and smashed his face on the ground!

-person steps on a rake and hits themself in the face- haha, Epic Fail.
