someone who drinks smart waters. smart water tells you its a nutritionally enhanced water beverage on its bottle, and the acronym for that is NEWB. so if ya be drinkin smart water, ya gunna be called a newb.

good geez Kate didnt even know water was a beverage. obviously, shes not a NEWB.
