chicken skin is what afrikaners and a few amerikaner prisoners use to refer to white people.

In Blood Diamond,when Archer and Solomon encounter gaurds, they pretend that the white one is a prisoner so that they can approach the gaurds.

Gaurds: "whoo wee, bring that pink chicken skin over hear, yeah? Let me shoot that pink ass mon"
