goat-ass latte 

(GAL, for short) a caffeinated beverage consisting of espresso, steamed milk, and a dab of milk froth, considered "goat ass" as the coffee bean is over-extracted or stale, reminiscent of the hind quarters of a certain four-legged creature. See also McDonald's McCafe.
