A word used to describe a bratty 4 year old who likes to hit on every guy in a gc. Usually spelt like marwA but autism causes it to be marwaH.

Guy#1: Yo that girl seems so mature and pure.
Guy#2: Hell naww man, she's a whole ass Marwah.
