Hot Girl Paranoia 

A paranoid feeling a guy gets when he is talking/hitting on a girl that is interested in him. It's caused by feeling like you will mess it up and she wont be interested anymore, or feeling/believing that she will realize she could do a lot better than you.

Guy 1: Hey, are you still talking to that girl?
Guy 2: Ya I am, but I'm getting Hot Girl Paranoia
