When someone has a random, or sometimes very frequent, act of great stupidity, such as having very late reactions, extreme loss of coordination, or just sounding unintelligent, causing them to resemble the ginger Sean Odell

Kiel: Two muffins are sitting in an oven, one turns to the other and says "Boy it sure is hot in here" The other one says " HOLY SHIT A TALKING MUFFIN!"
