1) An even stupider version of the phrase "hella" used by people stupid enough to say "hella" and Christian enough not to say hell.

2) An indication that the speaker is an idiot.

3) The only utterance that makes "hella" sound like a real word.

I'm hecka upset, because I'm too much of a goodie two shoes to say that I'm Hella Pissed
