A xenogender label describing an individual whose gender is different in dreams. I.e., an individual may be male while awake but female while dreaming. Dreamgender is in no way related to the problematic content creator, Dream.
Person 1: "I'm a dreamgender guy. When I'm awake, I'm male, but when I'm dreaming, I'm female."
Person 2: "Wait, so you're not a Dream stan?"
Person 1: "No, Dream is problematic and isn't even a good content creator."
Person 2: "Yeah, I swear God turned his back on the world the day Mask was released."
