Crack Cocaine Friends. The people with whom you're acquaintances simply to pass time with crack cocaine. They might or might not be your friends elsewhere, but when the crack's out, your CCFs are about.

Person 1: "Yo dawg, where you at?"
Person 2: "I'm down with my CCFs, get yo ass over here!"
