A term of endearment for someone you want to be around. See also "good cunt" and "legend". Used in a derogatory fashion, to indicate affection.

Bobby: "Do you want to go to the movies with me, Janet?"
Janet: "Sure Bobby, but only if you stop being such a plinth."
