PMMS

Permanent Mean Mug Syndrome. When someone's natural facial expression resembles "the stink eye," leading them to permanently mean mug others. Famously exemplified by Erin Kaplan of "The City" on MTV.

"I swear half of his face doesn't work."
"I think he has PMMS."
