a bum. very crazy and energetic. life of the party but has a soft side. BIG crackhead energy. will yell at strangers (including children) from moving or stopped vehicles. usually nonviolent when intoxicated, however, can be triggered by bums. is a complete fiend. often wanders off in group settings. very generous friend. easy to talk to. probably stole the pod out of your juul.
