A combination of the words "fucking" "ugly" "uggs" Often worn by stupid Californians attempting to acclimate to Noreasters without having to trade in their miniskirts. Fugg wearers are the same type of people that wear scarves year-round with tank tops.

Why is that dumb chick wearing a mini skirt and fuggs...doesn't she realize it's 2 degrees out?
