Someone who uses only natural, plant and fungus related drugs and substances. a drug vegetarian will not take laboratory-made or pill form substances.

junkie: hey man you wanna try some Ecstasy?

Drug Vegetarian: no sorry man, I'm a drug vegetarian.

Junkie: oh ok. you wanna go smoke some weed?

Drug Vegetarian: Sure!
