A person who drinks a shit ton of coke and usually plays a shit ton of one game. You can find Matas in mostly Lithuania. Be aware, he might attack you if you're eating salad.

Guy1: Look near the mcdonalds, its Matas!
Guy2: Oh yeah, the cola guy!
