The act of twisting or pinching a male's nipple until his nipple becomes a dark shade of purple.

I was sleeping when My friend Mike shouted "Nipple cripple" and took ahold of my nipple and twisted it until it became a dark shade of purple.

To squeeze a man's nipples extremely hard, usually resulting in, hence the name, purple nurples.
