Based off of the radiohead song the kharma police are spiritual police officers who roam the earth dishing out punishment for those who have done misdeeds and rewarding those who have done good or kind deeds.
1. Come out of a restaurant to find your car has been crapped on by 1000's of seagulls you say "Damn, the Kharma police got me!"
