TUFORM

TUFORM (tell user to fornicate off, resume mastication): the strategy IT support techs use to deal with user calls about dysfunctional, bug-ridden systems. Usually supported by claims of PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard), the diagnostic justification used to evade dealing with the call.

The system's totally Friar-Tucked. The grunts in the Helpdesk pit just use the TUFORM approach to deal with most of the calls they get from users screaming for help.
