A sexual act whereby the male recieves a blowjob while standing and the female kneeling on the floor. The male then ejaculates on the females face and quickly punches her in the nose, drawing blood. The red (blood), white (semen), and blue (bruised nose) represent the colors of the flag and give the patriot its name. It is customary, after ejaculation, for the male to stand at attention, salute, execute an about-face, and walk out of the room.
