TIBM 

'TIBM' stands for 'Tobacco Induced Bowel Movement'. It describes the sudden sensation of having to take a shit shortly after or during the act of smoking a cigarette(or using any other tobacco product). It is very annoying.

Dan: Why are you rushing inside so quickly?

Steve: That last Newport just gave me a real nasty TIBM and I need to hit the head right away!
