Upside Down Syndrome

Term used to describe someone who is excessively ugly. If the ugliness is beyond compare use Backflip Upside Down Syndrome

John - "Yo, check out that guy over there!"

Jane - "Man, he looks like he has upside down syndrome."

Jen - "Yeah! That girl looks like she has backflip upside down syndrome!"

John - "Harsh."
