when a boy is going out with a girl and has absolutly no say in what he does, how he acts, thinks or the things he's allowed to say . The boy is completly dominated in everyway imaginable and is a boy but a bitch hence the name bitch boy.

tom: may i please see my freinds and go to the toilet, i have alredy pissed myself twice?
