not necessarily cottonmouth: bong throat is when you take a monster (or just a bad) hit off a bong, and your throat gets so cashed, the hit feels like it clawed your throat the whole way down. it takes a fuckload of hack your lungs out, and gallons of water to flush bong throat out. not fun.
