someone that's hyper-active and very noisy, the type of person that prevents everyone with getting on with their work in class. They seem to be in love with themselves, wishing they could be their own best friend. They find it hard to stand on their own 2 feet, always need the support of others and tend to seem a bit like a stalker at times, but thats only because they love you.
