A hipster of the Latin (Hispanic) descent originally observed in the Central American country of Panama and thought to be of the same genetic makeup of North American and European hipsters. The term combines both Spanish terms for "pants" (i.e. "pantalones") and "flaco" (i.e, "skinny" and/or "slim"). Like their Gringo and Euro counterparts, Pantaflacos can often be seen spinning obscure vinyl in their tight pants in sustained temperatures of 100 degrees or more for several days.
