A slang term for a pizza, due to the look of a pizza. ie. spew.

Craig: Hey Micko, let's order some spew mats from pizza hut.

Micko: Ohhh rank, I'm over spew mats.

Craig: Yeah shit yeah,but what else are we gonna get when we're too tanked to drive.

Micko: Yeah dog, hook it up.
