contocracy

A proposed form of government based on continuation, where one person holds supreme authority permanently, even after death, and it never passes to a successor. After death, an AI version built from their life record governs in their place, but it can never change their religion or mission. From cont(inuation) + -ocracy. Not related to "control."

Unlike a monarchy, a contocracy has no heir. The contocrat just continues.
