A truck that's not used like it's supposed to be used; just being driven on the road without ever seeing dirt.

Such as, a big jacked up truck with big tires with not a drop of mud on it.

Person 1: Hey man look at that street queen what a homo
Person 2: Yeah he should be ashamed.
