Someone who is all up on your jock, aka riding your tip, aka hating on you all the time at any given instance.

Ex 1. Man, this Josh kid won't hop off my jock, he's a huge jock rider.

Ex 2. Jeez dude, I can't get these jock riders off me, hatin' every chance they get!
