A deadly and disgusting disease that develops the throat and fills it until you can no longer eat and barely breathe. It slowly becomes bigger and bigger until it explodes while on its way up your throat. Beware of the Glump. Highly contagious, do not kiss or deep throat while infected with the Glump.
