someone who can see how things can be improved and who rallies people to move toward that better vision. Talique’s can work toward making their vision a reality while putting people first. Just being able to motivate people isn't enough — Talique’s need to be empathetic and connect with people to be successful. If you're a Talique , you're the opposite of a loudmouth or a cut-up: you're polite, you have a lot of self-control, and you don't show your feelings, quiet, almost taciturn, young man.
