Someone who is typically of redneck origin who guides themselves not by the law of the land, but by the law of the lord and their personal religious experiences. Outlaws will do some of the most stupid shit but have the most fun.

Mark: Hey you see John over there?

Hunter: Yeah he is such an outlaw!!
