dualrose is a combination of being roseromantic and rosesexual. Its when someone may want to enjoy the idea of a sexual/romantic relationship, but will feel repulsed about it after a while. This can be a couple of days to weeks or months.

person 1: hey, i think im dualrose
person 2: whats that?
person 1: i feel romantic/sexual attraction but i feel repulsed about it after a while
person 2: ooo cool!
