Describing a typical young woman at a rave seeking attention. Usually wearing "fluffies" and little to no clothing. Blows DJs or if DJ is unattainable, will take anything. Highly susceptible, and usually a carriers of the rave disease "Raids". Remember, always wrap it up when you encounter one.
Yo! I found the sickest raid container last night! She let me tap that and all I had to do was buy her water!
