A serious medical condition where someone does a thumbs up in every single picture for an extended period of time. Usually seen in 7th or 8th grade years, but in more serious cases it comes as late as their Freshman or Sophmore year of High School.
Person 1: Why does he do a thumbs up in every single picture
Person 2: He is going through his Thumbs Up Phase
Person 1: What a queer!
Person 2: He is going through his Thumbs Up Phase
