top guilt
Guilt aroused in a top (a homosexual male who performs the active sexual role in anal intercourse) by his reluctance, failure, or inability to bottom (to perform the passive sexual role in anal intercourse). Top guilt is most frequently aroused when a top is confronted by a versatile partner (that is, a homosexual male who performs both the active and passive sexual roles). Also referred to as pitcher's guilt.
