a randomspurt is a spurt of randomness that make no sense whatsoever. it is a sentence with no meaning at all, just there for the sake of being random.

man 1: dude so i was riding my submarine to work the other day and the sun totally blew up and pissed elmer fudd off so he broke my space ship so i couldnt go out to eat at radio shack the next day.

man 2: what the fuck are you talking about?
