Essentially a lazy way of saying Arab man, but with context can be complimentary or derogatory.

Hot Saudi man walks into a bar, girl says to her girlfriends: "Marab to the right"

Man says he plans to marry a virgin (even though he's been in America fucking every girl with a pulse) With rolled eyes: "You're such a Marab"
