When you pee and poop at the same time because you couldn't hold it. When this happens you stare blankly not knowing what to do then start peeing more. Then you start licking it and eat the poop.
"Oh no, I peed and pooped at the same time! Now the pee is all over the wall and floor! Such a pee pee poo poo moment."
