Dirty Ghetto Black Girl. One who usually shops at Aeropostale, Hollister, and Wet Seal. A hoodrat who loves going downtown because it's the "cool thing" to do. A bustdown. One of those black girls with 12 inch fingernails and bogus ass weaves and take a lot of "B-girl pix" where they stick there fat asses out thinking they look cute but are actually fat.
