a word that may be said by accident when infact you have no idea what it means! also in the phrase...i have to cut out the chowd...which is often said when your eyes are leeking or deflating due to an abundance of nailpolish fumes!

oh no ive been inventorying my nail polish too long and now i have to cut out the chowd!
