Sukan is a branch off of the popular meme "deez nuts" in which a person will state "sukan deez nuts." Sukan is meant to sound like "suck on." When a person states this they are, not literally, inviting you to "suck on deez nuts." This word is also commonly referring to this action in a joking manner so refrain from taking it too seriously.

"Do you know what sukan means? Sukan deez nuts."
"Have you ever heard of sukan before? Sukan deez nuts."
etc...
