a young male with little or no redeeming value to society. One who has nothing to offer to any given situation.

Man, my brother is such a noitler. All he does is sit around an play HALO all day, and smoke weed all night. I tried to get him to go out with us tonight, but he bailed.

another way of saying "no", but with more emphasis. Seemingly derived from the Dutch "nooit" Also, perhaps a combination of the words "no" and "not"

Guy: Hey, do you know what happened to the last beer?

Guy#2: Noit.
