to completely fuck something up. to just utterly ruin something to the point of no return. to make something a meme, and never let it return to the way it was originally. Usually has to do with accidental typos or whatever else is deemed meme-able.

Barbara: *accidentally spells lemon like lehmon
Esteban: LOL "lehmon".

Barbara: oh no! I've been estebanized!
Esteban: lehmon.
