Acronym for "Wild Ass Guess Not Easily Refutable." This is a wild ass guess that you can actually support with numbers, statistics or other "facts." It doesn't matter if these "facts" are real or not, just as long as someone can't easily refute them.

The new budget is a WAGNER so you can present it to management and they won't see through it.
